Shipments and returns
BodyCode System® is a global brand with locations around the world. We have extensive representation in Europe, Asia and America.
Shipping costs are borne by the Customer and are explicitly highlighted at the time the order is placed.
The goods are generally delivered to the postal courier the working day following receipt of the order. Shipping times usually range between three and five working days.

Every shipment, of any type, is accompanied by a Tracking Number.

A dedicated support team is available if you have any questions regarding the shipping costs of your order.

Warnings
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered.
Any external damage or any other anomaly must be immediately reported to the courier/postman making the delivery. You are also requested to promptly notify Bodycode System via email at inf@bodycodesystem.com . Once the courier document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objections regarding the external characteristics of what was delivered.
Important notice for international shipments:
Please note : In some countries you may be required to pay customs fees. If these costs are not paid upon arrival of the order, the packages will automatically be returned to our warehouse.
BODYCODE SYSTEM® in any case:
You will not be responsible for any such costs
Will not refund a customer who has refused to pay such costs. Customs duties and all associated taxes and costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
These costs must be covered by the Customer and paid to the shipping company or customs agency upon arrival or receipt of the goods.
