First Level A.R.P.D. Course ONLINE - November 17th
In this course you will learn:
• Principles of the BodyCode System®;
• History and philosophy of the method;
• General anatomy;
• How to manage a class and recognize and treat any pathologies;• Biomechanics of movement;
• Recognize and adequately treat any pathologies;
• What it is and how to obtain a correct and functional posture;
• Breathing techniques;
• Conversion of the postural analysis into an individualized work program aimed at the needs of each individual person, using the repertoire of exercises according to the level of training;
• Realign the joint structures;
• Increase proprioception of the spine
The ARPD® Basic Level Course for Teachers offers professional training and takes place in 6 hours of training in person with the Master Teacher from the comfort of your home. At the end of which a certificate will be issued certifying the teaching qualification.
The study process is structured into three levels of in-depth analysis of the method: level I (basic), level II (intermediate), and level III (advanced).
To access the next level, a minimum of 40 hours of practice is required, in order to deepen your studies and teaching practice. Registration requests must be received no later than (and no later than) 15 days before the start date of the course.
