How can I buy online?

Training courses
How to start the training course?
It is recommended to start the path with the Basic Level Course of the A.R.P.D. Once you have reached the conclusion of the three levels, start with the Master Stretch training. Also after completing the three levels of Master Stretch, you can proceed with the tool: the Bungietone or the Dance Ruler.
What should I do after completing the three levels?
Once the three training levels of the Stretch Master and the ARPD method have been completed, there is a mandatory annual refresher course, which allows you to renew the certification for the current academic year. The academic year is calculated from September to August.
I purchased a video course or a video seminar, how can I view it?
In case of payment by credit card or Pay Pal you can view the video course or the video seminar in the “My courses” section.
In case of payment by bank transfer it may take a few days before you can view the video. To speed up the procedure we ask you to send us a copy of the bank transfer. In this case, once we have received the payment, we will make the video course or video seminar visible. You can see it by logging in to our site and accessing the “My courses” section.
You will be able to view the video course or the video seminar even later, by logging in to our site and accessing the “My courses” section. The video will remain at your disposal for a set time. I have purchased a live course or a live seminar, how can I participate?
Live courses or live seminars take place on the Zoom platform. If you are unable to participate live, you can request registration by contacting us at +39 3345867908. Once the purchase is completed you will be contacted via whatsapp or via email with the credentials to access the live stream and the trucking number of the shipment if tools are included.
How soon can I register for a course or seminar?
In the case of courses or seminars that include tools, registration ends one week before the date of the course or seminar.
If they do not include tools, registration ends one day before the course or seminar.
Shipments
Do you also ship abroad?
Yes. Delivery is also made abroad.
Can I track the order?
Of course! Once shipped you will receive the tracking number to track the shipment.
What are the delivery times?
Once the order has been processed, the delivery will arrive at its destination within 2/5 working days (weekends and holidays excluded) for shipments on the Italian territory.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs will be calculated by the site itself before payment based on the delivery address and the product purchased.

Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, on request it is possible to pay on delivery with an increase of 8 euros.
How can I pay?
It is possible to pay via Paypal from your personal account or by credit card via the Pay Pal site even if you do not have an account. These two payment methods will be handled automatically by our site at the end of the order.
It is also possible to pay by bank transfer from your bank or home banking. To speed up the procedure we ask you to send us a copy of the bank transfer.
Will the invoice be issued and to whom should I make it payable?
Yes, the invoice will be issued which can be made out to a natural person or to any other body.
Can a family member or friend of mine pay for me?
Yes, of course, you just need to enter the name of the course participant in the description.
